Malignant lymphoma of the lung may show diffuse lung abnormalities that manifest as multiple nodular, patchy ground-glass opacities, or cosolidation. These opacities show peribronchovascular distribution with a thickening of perilymphatic interstitium. Malignant lymphoma must be included in the differential diagnosis of these abnormal opacities.
