The Post-COVID-19 Functional Status (PCFS) Scale is a functional assessment scale for discharged patients following COVID-19 infection. In order to introduce this functional evaluation scale into Japan, according to the standard protocol for the development of a translation of a foreign language scale, the Japanese provisional version was established as follows: (1) translation into Japanese, (2) reverse translation, and (3) confirmation of the reverse translation content by the original author. The PCSF Scale has already been translated into other languages
