Abstract Overviewing and summarizing on zoonosis and/or its agents derived from free-ranging animals including so called exotic pets from a viewpoint of the wildlife medical specialist of veterinarians in Japan. Furthermore, it is insisted needed that the continuous educational activities for children and common people for the disease controls in Japan are needed although that is absolutely tough. For the sake, it was shown with several cases of animal infectious diseases.
