Seven cases were positive (1→3)-β-D-glucan in all of 8 cases isolated Aspergillus species more than 11 colonies from the respiratory tract specimens and 14 cases were positive (1→3)-β-D-glucan in all of 33 cases isolated Aspergillus species more than 11 colonies from the respiratory tract specimens. We considered the clinical investigation of the isolated the numbers of colonies of Aspergillus species from the respiratory tract specimens was an important information for the diagnosis of the patients with pulmonary aspergillosis.
