Abstract	We examined the characteristics of dressing disability. The case we investigated showed difficulties only when it started from the left sleeve of shirt. We report the case of a 77-year-old man with a dressing disability caused by brain tumor in the right frontal lobe and the parietal lobe. He had not only the dressing disability, but also unilateral spatial neglect, personal neglect, and so on. From the dressing-related assessment, he was no difference about "clothes form", "operating space" and "using the visual information". However, he was able to dress in special situations. This situation is started from the right sleeve or already wore a back body. We interpreted this as follows: The reason for the former situation is that he was able to dress because the attention was directed to a left-side space and one's own body after the right-side dress was completed. The reason for the latter situation is because the left shoulder had been dressed at the beginning.
