| Abstract |
Depression, marked by chronic, recurrent symptoms like low mood and reduced interest, significantly impacts individuals and society. Rumination, involving repetitive negative thoughts, exacerbates symptoms. Brain imaging reveals overactive DMN and reduced EN in depression, linking these abnormalities to ruminative symptoms. |
