Abstract The knowledge about Dysphagia Rehabilitation in Dementia is insufficient. Problems in Anticipatory stage and communicatuon are often difficult subjects in a clinical scene. It is important to give explanation which a patient can understand. A dementia patient's condition is influenced by environment. Respect a patient makes dementia improve. In the view of Person Centred Care, offer of well being value improves his or her Personhood. The time of rehabilitation is also not the time of mere dietary intake but the time of the medical treatment of dementia.
