Abstract Neuropsychology is the most interesting field in medicine, because we can image corresponding brain lesion and mechanism of neuropsychological symptoms only with bedside examination. Of course, it is necessary to made hard neuropsychological training, if you could understand a mechanism of symptoms once, you should enjoy neuropsychological examination much more. There are many unknown fields in brain function. Therefore, there is unlimited possibility in neuropsychological research. Only 40 years ago, autopsy was only one method to make clear the responsible lesions. But now, we have many inspection machines such as MRI for confirming pathological changes and PET or SPECT for functional imaging at the real time. Neuropsychology field has abundant themes to be able to resolve by a big development in technology. I describe technique of clinical examination and mechanism of visual brain functions as an example in this paper. I want to ask you to have interest in neuropsychology that has great potential.
