Abstract Neuropsychology of Delusion began to be studied only about 20 years ago. This article concerned with some prototypes of neuropsychological approaches for Delusions: (1) Familiarity and Delusional Misidentification Syndrome (Capgras delusion and Fregoli illusion), (2) delusional perception and PDFTBI (Psychotic Disorders Following Traumatic Brain Injury), (3) Uncorrigibility of delusion and Two Factor Theory of delusional belief. Brief comment on neural basis of delusion was done.
