Abstract |
In the present paper, the author introduced a quantitative evaluation of neuropsychological symptoms where the physical properties of the visual stimuli such as brightness, color, and size were changed systematically and quantitative response data such as frequency, intensity, and duration were collected. The purpose of the approach is not to evaluate success or fail but to see if there is a pattern in the subjects' responses. The correlation between the changes in the stimulus and response was analyzed to see if there is a systematic changing pattern in the patients' responses. Case studies on cortical visual impairment were reported. |
