Abstract |
In order to study self-consciousness in line with neuroscience, the sense of agency paradigm is a promising approach. We have originally created the "Sense of Agency Task (Keio Method)", and have been tried to study symptomatology, pathophysiology and treatment of schizophrenia. Moreover, we have also created a cognitive rehabilitation method to improve precision of sense of agency in neurological and psychiatric diseases. We hope that this approach could be a model for empirical researches where human subjective experiences are targeted in neuropsychology. |
