Abstract |
We developed computerized test for hemi-neglect using personal computer attached with touch panel. This test includes simple line bisection, bisection of lines with variable longs, with stimulation on the end of line, target cancellation test and test for optic ataxia. This test can be used for rehabilitation for hemi-neglect. We also developed computerized Wisconsin card sorting test (WCST-Keio-F-S-version). This test is very convenient and can be standardize among examiners. We found that WCST-Keio-F-S-version was sensitive test to detect very mild prefrontal dysfunction in the subjects with silent white matter lesion. It suggests that WCST-Keio-F-S-version may be useful to detect vascular dementia in very early stage. |
