Abstract The emotion is a complicated concept. The intellectual and cognitive functions are rather easy to evaluate and to quantify. The emotion and voliton are much influenced by the personality trend and the individual difference. This article is an introduction to neurospychology of emotion and it's disorder mainly from the aspect of symptomatolgy. There are many terms concerning about the emotion and the meaning of those terms is different between researchers. The emotion has the complex relationships with many mental functions and also with the physical symptoms of autonomic nervous system, endocrine system and immunological system. In recent years there are many fine researchs about the central nervous system mechanisms of emotion especially about the cerebral location concerning emotion. The emotion is the significant property for humanbeing. The researchers of emotion are expected to contribute for the better mental health of humanbeing.
