Abstract |
A 81-year-old woman was suffered from defective route finding due to subcortical hemorrhage. She was difficult in mapping and pointing in the map about well-known and new region. She did not have any other neurological deficits including agnosia for streets. The site of lesion was limited in the right postero-lateral temporal subcortical region. The posterior portion of the splenius and the medial portion of the parietal lobe were spared. |
